What in the World Wide Web is Web 2.0?

IntroductionYou might not have known there was a Web 1.0 and there are some who say that we are well on the way to Web 3.0. So, exactly what is Web 2.0? And, how can it be utilized to enhance learning? After completing this webquest, you will have gained a better understanding of some of the applications that make up Web 2.0.

ConclusionYour research is finished and your team is chock-full of Web 2.0 experts. It's time to answer the main question. Discuss and come to consensus on any differences, if possible. If not, clearly explain both sides of any differences as part of your final product.

In what ways are wikis similar/different from a blog or a social networking site? How are blogs and wikis different? What characteristics of a blog make it like a wiki?
